Hopetoun Ave Mosman Roof Repaint

Scope of work; to install Fall Arrest Anchor points, to remove existing silicone and silicone residue, sheet up to protect surfaces from overspray, apply full coat of Metal Etch Primer, spray all the roofs in Colorbond Windspray – (Satin) to be same as factory Colorbond sheeting.

SRAP were called on a Friday afternoon (week before Christmas) to quote on repainting these roofs on this wonderful Mosman (Sydney) home, and told how urgent it is to be completed BEFORE Christmas. SRAP love a challenge, and told the builder we will do our best to make it happen. This was extremely tight, and we had 3 days in total to deliver this project, due to Solar Panels getting installed. Our main challenge was going to be weather, both rain and wind.

Our team first installed Fall arrest anchor points to be used for the washing and painting, and these will remain and will be used future maintenance by the owner. The roof had old silicon and residue removed, then full pressure wash, a coat of solvent based Etch Primer sprayed, then 2 top coats in Satin Colorbond Windspray.

The end result, the builder and owner were extremely impressed with the work carried out by our professional team, the timing, working amongst other trades on site, and most importantly the high quality of finish.
